The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Solar PV Systems, Solar Rooftop sales, Excellent sales skills, and Experience in managing a sales team. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding customer base, and achieving sales targets in the rooftop solar segment (residential, commercial, and industrial).

Critical skills / competencies required - Functional
Technical understanding of rooftop solar system design and sizing.
Existing network in the solar or real estate sector.
Experience working with DISCOMs and knowledge of government subsidy schemes.

Critical skills / competencies required - Behavioral
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Roles & Responsibilities -
Develop and implement effective rooftop solar sales strategies in line with company objectives.




Identify and pursue current business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, site assessment coordination, proposal development, customer negotiations, and deal closure.
Build and maintain solid client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure seamless execution of installations.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and competitor activity.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of solar sales executives or channel partners as needed.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
