Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will engage in discussions to understand user needs, provide insights on application functionality, and oversee the implementation of solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you will mentor team members, guiding them through complex challenges and ensuring that project milestones are met in a timely manner. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Workday Recruiting.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and improve processes.
Familiarity with integration of Workday Recruiting with other HR systems.
Additional Information- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Recruiting.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
