1 To finalise Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report.
2 Discussing critical issue with seniors and ensuring proper implementation of decisions taken.




3 Review work done by juniors.
4 Audit Planning and execution.
5 Ensuring compliance with Audit and Assurance Standards and RSM Audit Manual.
6 Ensuring compliance with disclosure requirements.
7 Working on special assignments like Due Diligence, Limited Review, IFRS, Corporate Governance etc.
8 Mentoring/ training/ guiding Juniors.
9 Participating in office meetings.
10 Keeping up to date knowledge of accounting standards, auditing standards, laws applicable and regulatory requirements.
