Roles and Responsibilities Full Job Description

We are looking for a young and energetic Designer to handle projects from the initial client briefing to the final stages of execution. The Designer responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings, specifications, budgets, and execution documents, and managing project teams. You should be able to take ownership of your project, be it the design and execution of a recent building, an extension, alterations, or a restoration project, and deliver on the client's requirements.

Designer Responsibilities:

Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.

Managing design projects from concept development to completion.

Developing and presenting project proposals.





Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.

Preparing drawings, specifications, and execution documents.

Managing project teams and collaborating with other execution teams.

Designer Requirements:

Degree in architecture/any degree or a related field.

Excellent technical drawing skills.

Strong communication and project management skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as Auto CAD, Sketch up, Infurnia,Photoshop, etc.

Positive interpersonal and presentation skills.

Robust communication and visualization skills.
