Role & responsibilities:
Process end-to-end payroll using ADP.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
Support AP/AR activities and maintain accurate financial records.
Utilize NetSuite for financial transactions and reporting.
Ensure compliance with payroll policies and accounting standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve payroll and payment-related issues.

Required Qualifications:
25+ years of experience in Payroll and Accounts Payable (AP/AP-AR).
Hands-on experience with ADP, NetSuite, Payroll, and Accounts Payable (AP/AP-AR).
Solid understanding of accounting principles and payroll processes.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience working in a quick-paced corporate setting.
