Role & responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure smooth equipment operation.
Maintain maintenance records and report issues to the supervisor
Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, electrical panels, plumbing, and other facility assets as applicable.
