About the Role

Blackstraw Technologies is looking for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end ML development, mentor engineering teams, and deliver production-ready AI applications leveraging Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable ML and AI solutions.
Build and deploy predictive models, deep learning models, and GenAI applications.
Develop RAG pipelines, AI Agents, semantic search, and recommendation systems.
Collaborate with Data Engineering and MLOps teams for production deployments.
Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability.
Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence.

Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's Engineering degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
815+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and AI engineering.
Experience leading enterprise AI projects and mentoring technical teams.
