Job Title: HVAC Design Engineer

• Design and develop HVAC systems including chilled water, DX, VRF, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
Perform heat load calculations using industry-standard software (HAP, TRACE, etc.).
Prepare detailed HVAC layouts, equipment schedules, and technical specifications.
Select equipment such as AHUs, chillers, VRF units, pumps, and fans based on project requirements.
Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC, and other relevant standards.
Coordinate with architects, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection teams.
Support BIM coordination and integration of HVAC systems in Revit MEP/AutoCAD.
Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and technical meetings with consultants and clients.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and technical reports.

Job Title: BIM Modeler Mechanical (MEP)





Create and manage mechanical (HVAC, piping, firefighting) BIM models using Revit MEP.

• Prepare coordinated models and shop drawings as per project requirements.

• Collaborate with electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams to resolve clashes and ensure model accuracy.

• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.

• Adhere to project-specific BIM Execution Plans and standards.

• Work on international and Indian MEP projects including commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.

• Participate in design review meetings and support site coordination teams when required.
