Job summary:

The Executive Retail Sales will be responsible for acquiring and managing retail & SME customers for BVC Logistics. The role includes field sales, customer relationship management, and driving adoption of the company wallet system for smooth customer transactions.

Chance details:
Generate new retail and SME business opportunities
Conduct field visits and client meetings within assigned territory
Drive onboarding and usage of the wallet system among small customers
Support customers with wallet activation, recharge, and transaction usage
Maintain robust customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction
Coordinate with operations teams for smooth service delivery
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

Exposure needed:
Graduate in any discipline
14 years of experience in retail sales, field sales, logistics, courier, banking, or fintech sales
Valuable communication and customer handling skills
Knowledge of local market preferred
