Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Developer to join our agile software engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital solutions with a strong focus on web development. This role involves collaborating with a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain various web applications, websites, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Web Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications, websites, and digital platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers and developers to implement user-friendly designs and features that meet business requirements.
Troubleshooting: Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth functioning of digital platforms.
Documentation:



Develop and maintain technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
Code Reviews: Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards.
Emerging Technologies: Stay updated with recent trends and technologies in web development and integrate them into existing platforms.

Technical Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in web development.
Strong expertise in Java and popular web development frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Git, and DevOps.
Solid problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot in fast-paced environments.
