Job Title: Senior Architect Real Estate Construction

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect with 5+ years of experience in real estate construction projects. The role involves leading architectural design for residential and commercial projects, preparing detailed plans, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have solid design expertise, technical knowledge, and project management skills, along with the ability to mentor junior architects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design and planning for real estate projects, from concept to detailed execution.
Prepare and review drawings, layouts, elevations, 3D models, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP teams, and interior designers to ensure integrated project delivery.
Review and ensure compliance of designs with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Conduct site visits to supervise implementation and resolve design-related issues.
Assist in client presentations, approvals,



and project design discussions.
Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members.
Implement design best practices, cost-effective solutions, and sustainable approaches.
Maintain documentation, records, and version control for all design work.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture.
5+ years of experience in architectural design within real estate construction projects.
Robust proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, or other architectural design software.
Knowledge of building materials, finishes, and contemporary design trends.
Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
Experience in delivering residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects is preferred.
