Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with 10+ years of experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating current business, meeting clients, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies.
Meet potential clients, prepare presentations, and close business deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.




Prepare sales reports and business forecasts.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in marketing/business development within the construction, structural engineering, infrastructure, or building materials industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Robust client relationship and business development abilities.
Willing to travel for business meetings and site visits.
