Roles and Responsibility
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
Implement and maintain Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Secure Agilist practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes using Agile principles.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and status reports to track progress and performance.
Coach team members on Agile principles, best practices, and techniques to enhance their understanding and adoption.
Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines, quality, or budget.

Job Requirements
Robust knowledge of Agile principles,



Scrum framework, and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and version control systems like Git.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify areas for process improvement.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and effective communication.
