Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell Home Loan and Personal Loan products.
Generate current business through field sales, customer references, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing customers.
Meet customers in the assigned territory to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
Coordinate with internal teams and bank officials to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursement.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and documentation.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.





Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Age: 18–35 years.
Freshers are welcome; prior field sales or banking sales experience is an added advantage.
Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven field sales environment.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
Male candidates only (Field Sales Role).
