Required Skills:
Robust experience in IBM Mainframe technologies
Hands-on expertise in: COBOL, JCL, DB2 or IMS DB/DC
Valuable knowledge of VSAM, and CICS (preferred)
Experience in application development, enhancements, maintenance, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain Mainframe applications.
Develop and support COBOL, JCL, DB2, and IMS DB/DC based applications.
Analyze business requirements and implement technical solutions.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and defect fixing.
Handle production incidents, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
Support batch processing, job scheduling, and monitoring activities.
Work closely with business users, onsite teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and release management activities.
