• Conduct on-floor training and certification for store teams on SOPs, guest service, food safety, and hygiene.
• Support current store openings with pre-opening training, on-the-job coaching, and post-opening handholding.
• Coach and upskill staff and shift leaders on operations, productivity, and brand standards to ensure consistent in-store execution.
• Track training attendance, assessments, and performance, sharing regular training MIS with the L&D; team.
• Partner closely with Operations and HR to identify training needs and close skill gaps through structured interventions.

• Robust facilitation skills with the ability to train diverse store teams in a fast-paced QSR workplace.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, customer experience, and basic compliance/food safety practices.
• Comfort with travel within the city/region for regular store visits and training roll-outs.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Excel for training calendars, reports, and dashboards.
• Kannada language proficiency is mandatory, as the role requires regular interaction with store teams in Bangalore.
