We are looking for Sr HR Executive from a Hospitality Industry background for Chennai the selected one will look after the HR activities of Chennai, Vellore, Rameshwaram and Mahabalipuram unit HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle HR activities for multiple units across the cluster.
Manage employee joining formalities and onboarding processes.
Coordinate recruitment activities and support talent acquisition efforts.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure implementation of HR policies and adherence across all units.
Provide timely and accurate salary inputs for payroll processing.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Duties and responsibilities as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile




Candidates must have minimum 2 years prior experience in the Hotel/Hospitality industry.
Robust understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Valuable communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and units simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
