Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective strategies to launch new programs.
Collaborate with curriculum partners to design and deliver high-quality curricula.
Identify and remove growth impediments, such as teacher recruiting and marketing challenges.
Work with sales teams to drive business growth through center tie-ups and other initiatives.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including teachers, students, and parents.
Analyze program performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in program management,



preferably in the education industry.
Solid understanding of curriculum design and development principles.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
