Review and analyze fraud and dispute cases.
Investigate suspicious transactions using internal systems.
Verify customer and transaction details as per company guidelines.
Identify potential fraudulent activities and escalate cases when required.
Maintain accurate records and case documentation.
Ensure compliance with banking policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely case resolution.

Any Graduate.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Willing to relocate to Kochi.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
