Job Title: Offshore Sales Manager US/Europe Markets

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Offshore Sales Manager to manage and expand strategic client accounts and drive new business initiatives across the US and Western European markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing long-term client relationships, driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes. This role requires a robust understanding of IT services, consultative selling, and offshore delivery models.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow strategic current client prospects and existing client accounts across the US and European markets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact.
Identify and drive upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.




Achieve quarterly and annual revenue and sales targets.
Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, pre-sales, and leadership teams to ensure successful project execution and high levels of client satisfaction.
Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate commercial agreements, and close new business opportunities.
Conduct regular business reviews to understand client objectives and identify opportunities for account expansion.
Generate new business through networking, referrals, market research, and outbound prospecting.
Partner with marketing teams to execute campaigns, webinars, and events focused on the US and UK markets.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, revenue forecast, and account performance using CRM tools.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
