Role & responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities for Ayurvedic and Herbal Cosmetic products.
Ensure manufacturing is carried out as per BMR/BPR, SOPs, GMP, and AYUSH guidelines.
Plan and monitor manpower allocation to achieve production targets.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Purchase, and Maintenance departments.
Monitor machine performance, process parameters, and production efficiency.
Ensure proper documentation, batch records, and production reports are maintained.
Implement line clearance, in-process checks, and hygiene practices.
Train production operators and workers on SOPs and safety procedures.
Minimize wastage and improve productivity through continuous process improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile




Diploma/B.Sc./B.Pharm./M.Pharm./B.Tech (Relevant Qualification)
56 years of production experience in an Ayurvedic medicine and Herbal Cosmetics manufacturing unit.
Valuable knowledge of GMP, AYUSH guidelines, production documentation, and batch manufacturing processes.
Experience in manufacturing products such as syrups, oils, creams, lotions, shampoos, face wash, toothpaste, ointments, powders, and herbal cosmetics will be preferred.
Solid leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates willing to work at Hapur Manufacturing Unit will be preferred.
