Mandatory Requirement:
Minimum 10+ years of overall US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in AR (Accounts Receivable) Training Leadership.

Candidate should have hands-on experience in:
Training current hires and conducting refresher training for AR/RCM teams.
Designing and delivering AR training programs.
Creating training materials, SOPs, manuals, and process documentation.
Training on:
AR Follow-up
Denial Management
Appeals
Insurance Verification
Medical Billing
Claims Processing
Collections
Monitoring trainee performance, conducting assessments, and identifying knowledge gaps.
Coaching and mentoring AR associates and trainers.
Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, CMS, ICD-10, CPT, and payer guidelines.
Experience with RCM software such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
