Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process, including tender identification, documentation, bid preparation, submission, and follow-up. The candidate should have experience working on GeM and other government procurement portals and possess solid documentation and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and identify relevant tenders from GeM, government, PSU, and private tender portals.
Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and submission deadlines.
Prepare, compile, and maintain all tender-related documentation with high accuracy.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect technical, commercial, and compliance documents required for bid submission.
Prepare technical and commercial bids as per tender requirements.
Manage end-to-end tender submission processes on GeM and other e-procurement portals.
Upload and submit tender documents within stipulated timelines.
Ensure all tender documents, declarations, certificates, EMDs, and supporting documents are complete and compliant.
Track submitted tenders and maintain records of bid status, results, and correspondence.
Respond to tender-related queries, clarifications, and amendments issued by clients.




Maintain a centralized database of tender documents, company credentials, certificates, and past submissions.
Coordinate with management for pricing approvals and bid strategies.
Stay updated on government procurement policies, GeM guidelines, and tendering procedures.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of tender documentation and bid preparation.
Experience in tender submission through GeM Portal and other e-tendering platforms.
Understanding of government procurement processes and bidding procedures.
Excellent documentation, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
Robust communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience handling government, PSU, defense, aerospace, infrastructure, or manufacturing tenders will be preferred.
