Job Summary

LatentView Analytics is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in end-to-end recruitment for technology and analytics roles, with excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent within timelines.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for technology and analytics roles.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track hiring metrics and provide regular recruitment updates.

Required Skills




4–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Proven experience hiring for IT, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, Digital, or Engineering roles.
Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in IT Services, Analytics, or Consulting organizations is an added advantage.
