End-to-end ownership of large civil infrastructure projects from design coordination and procurement to execution, billing, and handover. PL accountability for project performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multi-disciplinary project teams across civil, MEP, and finishing
Own project PL, milestone schedules, and client communication
Manage procurement, vendor contracts, and subcontractor billing
Ensure safety, quality, and statutory compliance at all stages
Prepare and present MIS reports to senior management
Requirements
B.E. Civil + MBA/PMP preferred
8+ years managing 20Cr+ infrastructure projects
Robust client management and negotiation skills
MS Project / Primavera proficiency
