Job Summary:
We are looking for a technically solid Field Application Engineer to support pre-sales and post-sales activities by providing product demonstrations, technical guidance, and in office support to customers
The role bridges the gap between engineering teams and clients to ensure successful product implementation and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers before and after product deployment.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
Assist sales teams in technical discussions and solution positioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at customer sites.
Coordinate with R&D; and product teams for feedback and improvements.
Support installation, testing, and commissioning of products/systems.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user guides.
Travel to client locations for in office support and project implementation.
Stay updated with product developments and industry trends.
