Job Summary:

Mother Marys School is looking for Mother Teacher to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. The role involves supporting the lead teacher in creating a protected, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will help foster early childhood development through play-based learning, structured activities, and positive interaction.Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities. Support classroom management to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
Help children develop basic skills such as communication, social interaction, and motor skills. Provide individual attention to students who need extra support.
Prepare and organize teaching materials, toys, and classroom resources.



Supervise children during classroom activities, playtime, and breaks.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the classroom. Observe and report on student progress and behavior to the lead teacher.
Help manage routines such as snack time, nap time, and transitions between activities. Encourage positive behavior, teamwork, and valuable manners among children.

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Graduate
Solid knowledge of English language with excellent written & spoken English that include fluency, pronunciation & correct usage of grammar
Basic Computer Skills
