The ideal candidate will have a solid background in selling and leasing residential and commercial projects, building recent leads, closing client meetings, and converting enquiries into transactions.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Identify and pursue recent business opportunities through networking and market research.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase properties and services.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.




Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
