We are looking for a result-driven Telecaller with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team in Okhla, New Delhi. You will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, and handling inbound customer inquiries to drive business growth.

Role & responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make cold calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
Inbound Support: Answer incoming customer inquiries professionally and resolve complaints efficiently.
Lead Generation: Identify sales prospects, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily talk-time metrics and monthly sales/lead targets.
