Attending Consultant Urology (Full time)

Responsibilities
Clinical care of Inpatients in Surgical Disciplines.
Conduct outpatient surgical clinic including screening in the preventive health checks.
Provide emergency surgical care arising in the hospital or attending the casualty.
Improve patient safety through development of protocols of care, training of junior doctors and ancillary health staff, and measurement of compliance with protocols.
Keep abreast of current clinical developments and demonstrate practice of evidence-based medicine through measurement of outcomes with reference to practice guidelines.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuously improving care through self-study, re- organization of care and development of current clinical programs.
Achieve a high patient satisfaction through courteous and caring interaction.
Carry out case presentations and conduct research projects.

Essential Qualifications
MBBS, MS/DNB in General Surgery from a NMC recognized institution.
M.Ch. (Urology) or DNB (Urology) from a NMC recognized institution.
Valid Delhi Medical council registration is Mandatory

Experience in clinical research and exposure to development of recent surgical programs a plus.
