Job Summary:
Zuche Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Executive with experience in export operations. managing export shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders, preparing export documentation, and ensuring smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end export shipment activities.
Prepare and verify export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, and other statutory documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
Track export shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Liaise with internal departments, customers,



and overseas clients for smooth order execution.
Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.
Maintain shipment records and MIS reports.
Resolve shipment-related issues and support business operations.

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.

Robust knowledge of export documentation and shipment processes.
Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
