Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Commercial Sales Manager with experience in selling premium Home Automation, Lighting Controls, Audio-Video Solutions, Smart Building Systems, or other luxury building products.

The ideal candidate should possess solid business development skills, excellent client relationship management abilities, and experience working with architects, consultants, interior designers, and corporate customers

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for Home Automation and Smart Building Solutions.
Promote Lighting Controls, Audio-Video Systems, Automation Solutions, and related premium products.
Develop business through Architects, Interior Designers, MEP Consultants, Electrical Consultants, PMCs, Builders, Developers, and Corporate Clients.
Conduct product presentations, solution demonstrations, and client meetings.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value projects.
Coordinate with project execution, procurement, and design teams.
Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, forecasts, and MIS reports.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies,



and competitor activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
Experience in any of the following industries:
Home Automation
Smart Switches
Lighting Controls
Audio Video Solutions
Building Management Systems (BMS)
Security & Surveillance
High-End Furniture
Premium Bathroom Fittings
Luxury Flooring
Architectural Products
Electrical Solutions

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
Relevant sales experience may be considered in lieu of specific educational background.
