Role & responsibilities
Service Scheduling & Operations
Schedule and coordinate home visits for nurses, physiotherapists, caregivers, phlebotomists, and other healthcare specialists.
Allocate resources efficiently to ensure timely service delivery.
Monitor daily visit schedules and ensure completion of assigned services.
Coordinate emergency or urgent home care requests as required.
Documentation & Records
Maintain accurate patient records, service logs, visit reports, and billing documentation.
Ensure all home care records comply with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with consultants, nursing departments, rehabilitation teams, and other clinical departments regarding patient care plans.
Coordinate with vendors and service partners when required.
Address patient concerns and escalate issues appropriately for resolution.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to hospital quality standards, infection control protocols, and patient safety guidelines.
Monitor service quality through patient feedback and follow-up calls.
Support quality improvement initiatives within the home care department.
Billing & Administrative Support
Coordinate service quotations and billing processes.
Verify completed services for accurate billing and payment collection.
Assist in maintaining inventory and equipment records used for home care services.
