Hiring | Business Analyst Banking & Core Banking

Location: Chennai / Mumbai (Hybrid)

Note : Only chennai based profiles & short joiners are preferred.

We're looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Banking/Core Banking, Requirement Gathering, SQL, and Production Support to partner with business stakeholders and technology teams in delivering high-quality, business-critical solutions.

What You'll Do

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Collaborate with business users and technology teams to deliver functional solutions.

Perform impact analysis and recommend optimal business solutions.

Provide functional support for production incidents and business-critical issues.

Manage Reference Data updates and support Core Banking applications.

Validate business data using SQL & UNIX.

Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and UAT support.

Coordinate project releases and change requests across environments.





Drive process improvements and ensure seamless project delivery.
