Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.
Explain property details, pricing, offers, and project features.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers to maintain engagement.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in the CRM.
Answer customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
3–9 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication in English and local language(s).
Robust persuasion and negotiation skills.
Valuable interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Positive attitude, confidence, and professionalism.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in real estate, insurance, banking, or BPO telecalling is an advantage.
Knowledge of real estate terminology and the local property market is preferred.

Number of calls made per day.
