We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with 4.8 –10 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and multithreading concepts. Experience with Kafka and AWS will be an added advantage.
The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-performance, reliable, and secure enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain robust backend applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
Build and manage scalable Microservices-based architectures.
Implement multithreading and concurrency solutions for high-performance systems.
Develop RESTful APIs and backend services for enterprise applications.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Integrate messaging systems such as Kafka for event-driven architectures.
Work with cloud platforms like AWS for deployment and infrastructure management.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.
Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and maintain coding best practices.
Must-Have Skills
Strong experience in Core Java
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
Valuable understanding of Microservices architecture
Robust knowledge of Multithreading and Concurrency
Experience in developing REST APIs
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Apache Kafka
Exposure to AWS services
Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
Understanding of distributed systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
4.8 – 8 years of hands-on backend development experience
