This is a full time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls to connect with potential students and parents who are seeking study abroad guidance. The telesales executive will be responsible for:
Contacting leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, social media, and referrals.
Explaining our services and guiding students about study abroad options.
Scheduling appointments and follow-ups for the counseling team.
Maintaining lead data and daily call records.
Achieving monthly lead conversion and appointment targets.
Building trust and long-term relationships with students.
Coordinating with the counseling and admissions teams for smooth workflow.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Graduation.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written communication.

6 months 2 years of experience in telesales/tele calling/customer handling

Excellent communication skills in English




MS Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
Multi-Tasking.
Keen to learn, adaptable, valuable grasping power.
Experience in using CRM or lead management tools (preferred)

Confident and clear telephonic communication

Ability to handle objections and queries professionally

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Robust follow-up and relationship-building ability
