Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Java Production Support Engineer with solid L2/L3 Application Support expertise. The role involves production monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, debugging, automation, and collaboration with development teams to ensure application stability and performance.Key Responsibilities
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
Manage incidents, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
Perform root cause analysis and drive issue resolution.
Automate manual support processes and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with development teams on problem management and enhancements.
Create and maintain runbooks, documentation, and knowledge articles.
Support SRE initiatives to improve system reliability and scalability.

Required Skills
6–10 years of L2/L3 Application Support experience.
Robust Unix/Linux knowledge.
Hands-on Java development, coding, and debugging experience.
Valuable understanding of databases and SQL.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
