Job Title: Team Lead - Billing
Location: Bangalore
Working Days: 6 days per week
Work Mode: Full time, Work from Office

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Team Lead with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to lead billing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business operations, ERP systems, and cross-functional process integration.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team supporting sales invoice billing.
Coordinate with business stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Monitor daily SAP transactions and ensure compliance with defined business processes.
Work closely with Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to optimize business operations.
Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, testing, UAT, and post-go-live support activities.
Analyze business requirements and recommend process improvements using SAP S/4HANA.
Ensure master data accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management updates.




Conduct user training sessions and develop process documentation and SOPs.
Coordinate with technical consultants for enhancements, developments, and issue resolution.
Support internal and external audits related to SAP processes.

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in billing in SAP S/4HANA.
Good understanding of end-to-end business processes across multiple functional areas.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Commerce
Work experience in SAP S4 HANA
Experience in the manufacturing or dairy industry will be an added advantage.
