Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant with 6–9 years of proven expertise in Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge across these modules, solid communication skills, and a track record of delivering end-to-end implementations. Knowledge of Service Management will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end Business Central implementations, including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications.
Configure and support modules across Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management.
Provide expertise in Service Management processes (preferred).
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ability to lead the project team and ensure successful completion of project.




Having an experience working on bi-directional integration requirements.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration, customization, and reporting.
Deliver post-implementation support and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
9–13 years of hands-on experience as a Business Central Functional Consultant.
Robust knowledge of Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management modules.
Should be well-versed with latest functionalities in BC.
Exposure to Service Management processes is a plus.
Proven track record in end-to-end implementations across industries.
Excellent spoken English and strong client-facing communication skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Should have a knowledge about DevOps to track and run the project.
Flexibility to travel for client engagements.
