Product Manager

Attributes:
Manage end-to-end BC and Co-Lending products, from requirement gathering to implementation.
Collaborate with banks, BC partners, technology, risk, credit, and operations teams.
Define product requirements, workflows, and business rules.
Drive product enhancements to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Coordinate partner integrations and ensure smooth product launches.
Review and Monitor product performance, MIS, and key business metrics
Reconciliation of portfolio, disbursal and collections data between partners
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal policies.

Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
