About the Role

Agile Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced Technical Service Personnel to provide end-to-end IT infrastructure support and ensure the smooth operation of enterprise IT systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure management, operating systems, hardware maintenance, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, UPS, and other IT peripherals.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems.
Support physical and virtual servers, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
Configure and support end-user computing devices and enterprise applications.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine health checks of IT infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and coordinate with senior technical teams for issue escalation.
Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components.




Maintain technical documentation, asset records, service reports, and incident logs.
Follow IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service management processes.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
Ensure high system availability while minimizing downtime.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating systems. • Basic working knowledge of Linux administration.
Experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, servers, printers, scanners, UPS, and other IT peripherals.
Understanding of physical and virtual server settings.
Valuable knowledge of computer hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced setting.
