Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong negotiation and vendor management skills? Join our growing team as a Procurement Executive and play a key role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify purchasing requirements and source reliable suppliers.
Obtain, compare, and evaluate quotations from vendors.
Prepare Quotations (QTS) and purchase-related documentation.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Monitor inventory requirements and support stock planning.
Resolve supplier issues and ensure smooth procurement operations.




Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill procurement needs.
Focus on cost optimization without compromising quality.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
13 years of experience in Procurement or Purchase.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
