Responsibilities

• Prepare piping routing study.

• Prepares 3D models for equipment like pumps, compressor, etc. and

piping layout as per PID & Work instruction for model reviews.

• Extraction of ISO & Piping GA Drawings from 3D

• Pipe supports, Special pipe support (SPS), & logical support modeling

• Review 3D model and identify potential interference with other

discipline models.

• Discuss Safety, constructability, operation and maintenance related

issues with Area Lead Engineer / Lead Engineer.

• Assist Area Lead Engineer / Lead Engineer in resolving Clash /TAG

and preparing reports

• Understand and standardize the drafting procedures

• Coordination with designers/ engineers in other disciplines as directed





by Area Lead Engineer / Lead Engineer

• Review / monitor the activities of Designers.

• Field engineering support if required

• Originates basic discipline deliverables

• Implement value engineering, Lessons learned and Best practices

Essential

Requirements

Education

B.E. / B. Tech (Mechanical) from reputed University/ Institute

Experience 6~12 years experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery/ Petrochemical only

Skills S3D/E3D knowledge for Piping, Equipment, Drawings & Reports and Support module.
