Role & Responsibilities
Conduct road safety audits and inspections on highways, urban roads, and project sites.
Identify road safety hazards and recommend practical corrective measures.
Assess road infrastructure, traffic control devices, road signage, markings, and safety features.
Prepare detailed audit reports with observations, risk assessments, photographs, and recommendations.
Participate in road safety assessments during planning, design, construction, and operational stages.
Coordinate with government departments, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Support road safety awareness campaigns, training programs, and field surveys.
Ensure compliance with IRC, MoRTH, and other applicable road safety standards and guidelines.
Travel to project locations as required.





Preferred Candidate Profile
Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
Certification/Training in Road Safety Audit is preferred.
25 years of relevant experience in road safety, highways, traffic engineering, or transportation projects.
Knowledge of IRC codes, MoRTH specifications, and road safety audit procedures.
Robust analytical, report writing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or GIS is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively for site inspections.
