We are hiring for an Air Ticketing Executive role for our client, a travel & aviation services company.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings and reservations
Process ticket cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests
Advise customers on fares, routes, and travel documentation requirements
Use GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) for booking and fare calculation
Coordinate with airlines for special fare requests and group bookings
Maintain accurate booking records and follow up on pending confirmations

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)
Strong knowledge of domestic and international fare rules
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail in ticketing and documentation
Ability to handle a high volume of bookings under time pressure

Positive to Have:
IATA/UFTAA certification
Experience with corporate travel desks
Knowledge of visa and travel documentation requirements
