Audit of advances paid to the contractors/vendors.
Checking the quantities as per drawings and bills prepared by site engineers.
Audit of monthly reconciliation statements for all materials and preparing theoretical consumption statement and recovery of the same.
Audit of DPR, Labour Bills & Must roll and their payments.
Audit of Pour Cards / other records of execution of work.
Working out input of items & Labour Cost.
Audit for Vendor’s Liabilities against the supplied material through software/Manually.
Audit of a Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant for the purpose of quality assurance, structural integrity and consumption including checking & comparing with theoretical quantities used at site.
Budget Estimation & Forecast.
Preparing SOPs / Method statement for various activities.
