Key Responsibilities
Independently manage end-to-end accounting operations.
Finalization of books of accounts.
Preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, schedules and account reconciliations.
Manage GST compliance, including GST return filing, reconciliations and departmental queries.
Handle TDS computation, deduction, return filing and statutory compliances.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
Perform ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Prepare MIS reports, budgets, cash flow statements and financial analysis for management.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants and banks.
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST and other applicable statutory requirements.
Take ownership of the complete accounting function while ensuring accuracy, timeliness and robust financial controls.





Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Solid practical exposure to accounting operations in a small or mid-sized organisation.
Thorough knowledge of GST, TDS, Balance Sheet finalisation, financial reporting and statutory compliances.
Proficient in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Should be comfortable managing day-to-day accounting activities independently while taking complete ownership of the Finance & Accounts function.
Robust understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, audit requirements and internal financial controls.
Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
High level of integrity, ownership and attention to detail.

Preference will be given to candidates based on office proximity.
Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will have an added advantage.
