We are hiring a Deputy Manager – Rewards & People Processes (Compensation & Benefits) for a leading multinational organization. The role offers an opportunity to work across India and the Middle East, supporting compensation strategy, rewards programs, HR analytics, and people processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Compensation & Perks operations across India, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
Administer salary structures, incentive programs, and employee advantages.
Support annual compensation review, salary planning, and performance cycle.
Conduct market benchmarking and compensation surveys.
Review salary ranges and ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
Prepare HR analytics, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Manage HR systems (SuccessFactors, Darwinbox,



or similar HRMS).
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with HR teams across multiple countries.
Support HR audits and process improvement initiatives.
Partner with external consultants and advantage vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
8–10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
Minimum 5 years in an MNC environment.
Experience handling multiple countries will be preferred.
Solid knowledge of salary benchmarking, rewards, benefits administration, and HR analytics.
Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, XLOOKUP, Dashboards).
Experience with HRMS such as SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Oracle HCM, or Workday.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
