Responsible for team decisions.




Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Skilled Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
Solid knowledge of payroll processing and employee data management within SAP SuccessFactors.
Experience in customizing and configuring payroll modules to meet business requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to payroll and employee central systems.
Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.
Understanding of agile software development methodologies and best practices.
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
